Abstract

The purpose of this 100% asynchronous online course is to prepare you for future technical writing situations with an emphasis on designing and producing practical documents of a professional quality, sometimes in collaboration with others. You will read course materials from the required textbook, as well as read and view other online and offline resources that I post on Moodle. You will also complete short written assignments, take quizzes, and produce a set of instructions, a recommendation report, and job search materials, which will include producing a mock interview video.
